Our mission

Founded in 2008, JC Source-Rep’s mission to provide cost savings is realized through its streamlined operating model, a vast network of vendors--inside and outside of the U.S.--and the ability to realize cost savings through bulk purchasing deals. Having a small footprint allows us to not only minimize overhead costs but also provide increased savings to our customers.

JC Source-Rep works primarily in the healthcare industry, providing their services to hospitals, group homes, nursing homes, university residential housing, school districts, daycares, fitness facilities and other small businesses.


Clifferd Lee
Owner

Clifferd (Cliff) grew up in Detroit, Michigan, and has lived most of his life in Michigan. Cliff is an entrepreneur by heart and started his first business in high school selling t-shirts to his peers. Since that time, Cliff has realized several successful businesses, and with his philanthropic ways, has cultivated a vast network of customers within Michigan. He always looks for ways to lift those up around him and provide opportunities for growth, to friends, peers and customers alike.

Cliff has been in sales for 40+ years. He has over 25 years in the janitorial/sanitation industry, where he specializes in the sale of the newest and most innovative products. Cliff also trains industry leaders on cleaning techniques and equipment.

Jessica Lee
Managing Partner

Jessica (Jess) grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She has been in business in large corporations for almost 20 years. Jess has a background in Finance, Payroll, Accounting, HR, Information Technology and Business Development. She obtained her master's degree in international business, an area of study that will allow her to realize various future aspirations in the field.

Jess has a passion for continuous learning. She is project management certified, a realtor in her spare time, and owner of affiliated OneLife Global, LLC.--a Real Estate company.

Cliff and Jess’s partnership is based on Cliff’s vision and Jess’s activation!
